The Art of Twisting Wholesale Balloons

Posted by on January 8, 2010

Nobody really knows who the first wholesale balloon twister was, but one thing is sure:  Everybody likes to see it done.  Children look with big eyes and mouth agape, parents keep a big smile and everyone oohs and aahs at the end result, or squeals at that imminent popping that rarely occurs. It is a new kind of magic, as from that long piece of rubber the artist can create amazing sculptures.

This intriguing and spectacular new art of balloon twisting, or sculpturing /modelling, as some also call it, has grown to great highs in the last few years.  There are countless manuals and videos teaching you how to do basic figures step by step. There are conventions of artists, business opportunities and great demand worldwide.  Everybody would like to know how to do an animal sculpture with qualatex balloons wholesale. Yet so many who actually dare to try, get scared when the first balloon pops or just the noise of the twisting rubber gets on their nerves and they quit.  Yet it is always the ones that continue twisting without fear who –if given enough time and practice–can master the art.

Some seasoned balloon twister artists inflate their balloons by mouth (with their own lungs). For many years this was the standard and necessary part of the show. Usually men use their stronger lungs more frequently than women, because the length of the balloon makes it very difficult to inflate. However, most artists now use a pump of some sort, whether it is a hand pump, an electric pump plugged in or run by a battery pack, or a compressed gas tank containing air or nitrogen. Twisters do not generally fill their creations with helium, as these designs will not usually float, because the balloons for twisting are too porous for helium and the designs are too heavy for helium to lift. There are countless helium balloons wholesale in all shapes and colors, but the balloon sculptures are each one unique.

Which mother won´t toy with the idea of hiring a real balloon twister/clown for her 3 year old Birthday Party? All children and moms love wholesale balloon sculptures!

In most countries there is a variety of professionals available for such occasions as Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Communions, Christmas parties, School events, Business and Shop openings, Special days´ activities, corporate events, etc. The fan of opportunities keeps broadening more and more and the demand for expert ballooners keeps increasing, regardless the financial crisis existing at the end of the first decade of the 21st century.
